I grew up in a Christian home with a lot of close relatives who were also Christians. I gave my life to Christ at the age of 9 and have been trying to live for Him since. Originally born and raised in Guyana (South America), I moved to New York City at the age of 17 and attended university in Long Island. I became a part of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship on campus which made my college experience a thousand times better as I was able to enjoy a community of like-minded folks who helped me stay grounded in the Word. Music and technology are two of my passions. On a rainy day - or any day - you might find me with my nose buried in a book and my imagination hard at work. I try to be creative and sometimes inspiration hits and voila! other times, not so much. Random things I like: my mac, navigation system, guitar, and singing in the car at the top of my lungs while driving home from the train station .
